Refund policy
Everything we make is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your piece is made the moment you buy it. That keeps waste down, but it also means we can't restock or resell returns, so we handle them a little differently than big-box retail.
Made-to-order means no returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on every product page before you order — we can't swap sizes once production starts.
But if something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right — no fight required. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or it's the wrong product, email us at info@thenotokclub.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your call. No need to ship the damaged item back.
Wrong or incomplete address: If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipment cost. Double-check your address at checkout.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows your order is lost on the way to you, contact us and we'll sort out a replacement.
