How long until my order arrives?
Everything is printed to order, so there are two parts: production (about 2–7 business days) and shipping (3–5 business days in the US). Most US orders land within 1–2 weeks. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
Why does it take longer than Amazon?
Because nothing is pre-made. Your piece doesn't exist until you order it — that cuts waste and means it's made just for you. Worth the wait.
What's your return policy?
Since items are made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — so check the size guide first. But if your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or wrong, email info@thenotokclub.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
How do the sizes fit?
Each product page has a size guide with exact measurements. Our tees are on premium Bella+Canvas blanks and hoodies on Gildan — both run true to a standard unisex fit. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed look.
What are the shirts made of?
Premium, soft, durable blanks — Bella+Canvas tees and Gildan hoodies — printed with care so the designs hold up wash after wash. Turn inside out, wash cold, hang or tumble low to keep them looking new.
Do you ship internationally?
