Our Story

You've heard it your whole life.

"Good vibes only." "Just stay positive." "Everything happens for a reason."

We call that what it is: pressure to perform a feeling you don't have.

The Not OK Club started with one unpopular idea — that you don't have to be okay to be worthy of showing up. That "I'm fine" is the most common lie we tell. That pretending is exhausting, and honesty is lighter than it looks.

We're not here to fix you. We're not a quote stamped over a sunset. We make clothing that says the quiet part out loud — so the person across the room knows they're not the only one.

This is a club with one rule: come as you are.

We're a mental health awareness brand, but we don't do it with a hashtag and a filter. We do it with the words you actually think on the hard days — printed where someone else can see them. Awareness here isn't a campaign. It's just telling the truth, out loud, on a shirt.

We're built on the days that don't make the highlight reel. On TikTok and Instagram @thenotokclub_, in the DMs, in the comments — people telling the truth about how they're actually doing. That's the club. The shirt is just the membership card.

One thing, and we mean it: we make clothes, not crisis care. If today is heavy and you need someone right now, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US), available 24/7. Reaching out isn't weakness. It's the bravest thing on the list.

Welcome to The Not OK Club.

It's okay to not be okay here.
